OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support business decision making. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing payments, and collections, and coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Prepare Reports: Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations to support management review and decision-making.
• Manage Payments & Collections: Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of vendor payments and follow-up on customer collections.
• Tax Compliance: Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring timely submission and adherence to applicable tax regulations.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and consultants by providing required documents and explanations during audits.
• Cash Flow & Banking: Monitor daily cash flow, manage banking transactions, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Process Improvement: Support internal control processes and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support cross-functional business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required
• Preferably candidates from Kochi.
