Supervise day-to-day team activities including reviewing and signing off on tasks to ensure they align with established procedures, controls and relevant fund parameters

Support department initiatives, new product rollouts, enhancements, and the regulatory, compliance and risk management framework. 

Focus on cost-effectiveness while being commercially and client aware. 

Contribute to the business implementation process and successfully onboard new funds.

Demonstrate technical excellence to achieve target deliverables and use strong people skills to engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs.
