STE - Fighter SME (4th/5th Generation)

BlueForce Inc. is seeking for a 4th/5th Generation Fighter Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support ofHQ USAF Sponsored and Supported Wargaming. Primary location is Joint Base Andrews, MD with occasional visits to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon. This position is contingent upon award Opportunity for remote work is mission oriented The Contractor will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames (concept development, objective and analysis/assessment planning, game design, event planning, management, and execution, and post-game analysis). Duties and Responsibilities: Primary facilitator on all matters relating to fighter operations and fires. Assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants.
