Steel Estimator

An AISC Erector and well-established Steel Construction company. They are searching for a Structural Steel Estimator. Our client company installs heavy structural steel for the commercial construction industry. Due to continued growth our client company needs to hire Steel Estimator that has experience in heavy structural steel erection projects. Working experience with Tekla EPM and Bluebeam software is a plus.

Qualifications for Structural Steel Estimator:

• 5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
• Project Experience on Heavy Steel Construction +5,000 Tons
• Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Ability to calculate costs and prepare estimates
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
