My client is one of the world's leading manufacturers within their industry, based within commutable distance from Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Felixstowe, etc. They are currently looking for a skilled & experienced Steel Fixer to accurately prepare and install steel rebar into precast concrete forms.
The Role - Steel Fixer:
Preparing and installing steel reinforcement (rebar & mesh) into precast concrete forms Reading and understanding detailed engineering drawings to assemble cages Using hand and power tools to cut, bend, and shape rebar Quality checking parts Being able to make moulds for the precast rebar Working independently and as part of a team Day Shifts, ...
