About the Role:

MH Intellect is seeking a skilled and passionate STEM Instructor to join our UAE academic delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical knowledge and experience in delivering STEM programs for school students. This role focuses on classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and effective use of modern educational technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive STEM classes and workshops for school students
• Deliver LEGO-based learning and screen-free programming activities
• Teach Scratch programming for foundational coding concepts
• Conduct drone awareness, basics of assembly, and flight concepts following safety standards
• Deliver hands-on electronics and physical computing sessions
• Work with Arduino, ESP32, and ESP32-CAM platforms for student projects
• Conduct 3D designing sessions using tools such as Tinkercad or Fusion 360
• Demonstrate and manage 3D printing activities, including basic troubleshooting
• Deliver VR-based learning sessions aligned with curriculum objectives
• Ensure classroom safety during hardware-based, electronics, and drone activities
• Prepare lesson plans, activity materials, and session documentation
• Maintain attendance records, session reports, and student feedback
• Coordinate with school coordinators and internal academic teams

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of LEGO kits and screen-free programming methodologies
• Proficiency in Scratch programming
• Good understanding of electronics, sensors, and embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32, and ESP32-CAM (preferred)
• Knowledge of 3D designing and 3D printing workflows
• Ability to conduct VR sessions using educational VR platforms
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• Strong interest in hands-on STEM education and experiential learning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in STEM education, robotics training, or technical instruction
• Experience working with school students is mandatory
• Exposure to international, CBSE, or British curriculum schools is an advantage
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
