Job Description
A Registered Nurse skilled in stepdown care is needed to provide critical support in a mixed unit of intermediate care and med/surg patients. This role involves managing patient assignments with nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6, requiring flexibility and thorough clinical knowledge. The nurse will primarily work with intermediate care (IMC) and medical-surgical (MS) patients, and occasionally cover general MS patients as needed.
