Responsibilities include managing a 20-bed unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac and medical-surgical telemetry needs, including stroke overflow. You will perform advanced procedures such as thoracentesis, peritoneal dialysis, tracheostomy care, pacemaker monitoring, and cardiac catheterization support, while utilizing equipment like IV pumps, Hiflo, BiPAP, and Meditech Expanse for documentation.
