The Sterile Processing Tech functions as an integral member of the team and is responsible for performing technical tasks that support clinical operations. The focus of this position is the decontamination and reprocessing of instrument sets and reusable sterile supplies.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Receives and processes instrumentation, supplies, and equipment from the operating room, departments, clinics, and outside customers in a timely manner
+ Cleaning and decontamination of instruments, scopes, equipment, and disposal of biohazard Utilizing proper PPE, tech will disassemble, inspect, and decontaminate via manual, ultrasonic and automated process followi...
