<p><strong>Role :</strong> <strong>Sterling OMS Developer </strong></p> <p><strong>Company Name :</strong> <strong>WillWare Technologies </strong></p> <p><strong>Work Mode : Onsite / Full time </strong></p> <p><b>Experience:</b> <strong>8+ Years</strong></p> <p><b>Location: </b><strong> (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Must Have Skills</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) with exposure to complex enterprise implementations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle — order capture, sourcing, fulfillment, shipment, and returns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability in production support and incident management, ensuring high system uptime and stability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for OMS and integrated system issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Sound knowledge of integration flows between OMS and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Commerce, ERP, WMS, Payment).</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services as used in Sterling OMS customizations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work in First and Second shifts and collaborate with global teams for issue resolution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.</p> </li>
</ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Good to Have Skills</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and AS400-based systems integrated with OMS.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with IBM Sterling APIs, Agent framework, and Service definitions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with OMS performance tuning, queue management, and caching mechanisms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., MQ, Kafka) and integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of cloud-based OMS deployments or microservices integration patterns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Sumo Logic) for proactive issue detection.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and following ITIL-based support processes.</p> </li>
