**Your role:**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead end-to-end data analysis from requirement gathering to delivery of insights.
+ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
+ Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, advanced formulas).
+ Build and manage databases and queries using MS Access and SQL.
+ Automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve efficiency.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
