We are also on a bus route, with a stop just outside of the hotel, and our complimentary shuttle also picks up our employees from the bus loop at UBCO!

What will you be doing?

  • Excellent knowledge of the dishwashing machine including all chemicals needed to properly run the machine, putting it together in the morning and pulling it apart in the evening
  • Adheres to standards for sanitation and cleaning dishes, equipment, loading dock, tools, garbage removal, recycling products, cardboard, and properly storing utensils
  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans
  • Sweeping and washing floors 
  • Has basic knowledge of Safety Data Sheets used in the kitchen
