Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our restaurant team. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas, supporting the kitchen and service staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining areas.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks such as food preparation and waste disposal.
  • Handle dishwashing machines and manual cleaning as per standards.
  • Ensure proper storage of clean utensils and equipment.
  • Follow hygiene and safety guidelines strictly.
  • Support service staff in resetting tables, clearing used plates, and refilling water as needed.
