In this position, you are an important part of the kitchen team, ensuring your colleagues have clean dishes, instruments and areas to work properly.

**Your day-to-day**
+ Thanks to you, the kitchen team can work in the best conditions: you keep the department organized and tidy by carrying out cleaning duties as per Daily/Weekly/Monthly Cleaning Schedules, ensuring that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
+ You are in charge of your material and work area, ensuring the safe, correct and economical use of all equipment (dishwashing Machines)
