About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Captain who understands the art of hospitality the traditional way—firm floor control, genuine guest care, and disciplined service—while keeping pace with modern service standards. This role is for someone who can lead from the front and take ownership of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take complete charge of assigned service sections and ensure seamless operations
  • Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable experience
  • Supervise and guide waiters, stewards, and runners during service
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Maintain high standards of service etiquette, hygiene, and grooming at all times
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with maturity and prompt resolution
  • Ensure correct order taking, billing accuracy, and smooth payment settlements
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and support staff training and development
  • Monitor service quality, food presentation, and beverage standards before service reaches guests
  • Control breakages, minimize wastage, and support inventory checks
  • Ensure SOPs, safety norms, and outlet policies are strictly followed
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Service Captain or Senior Waiter
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of food & beverage service standards
  • Calm, confident, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to handle high-volume service with discipline and grace
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and professionally presentable
