As a Stewards/Kitchen Helper, you will report directly to the Chef In-Charge or shift commis and assist the kitchen team with assigned tasks. Your responsibilities include:

1. Following the instructions of the Chef In-Charge or shift commis and working in designated areas.
2. Collecting and washing pots and pans.
3. Cleaning food preparation areas, equipment, crockery, and cutlery.
4. Performing basic cleaning duties promptly.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
6. Unloading food and equipment deliveries.
7. Keeping the storeroom organized.
8. Ensuring work surfaces, walls, and floors are clean and sanitized.
9. Adhering to grooming and appearance standards, wearing a clean uniform.
10. Being present and hands-on during peak hours.
