Job Description: Stibo STEP Developer / Support Engineer

Development Team Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Stibo STEP (MDM) with JavaScript, aligned with experience expectations of the CIBA cluster.
  • Develop and maintain APIs where required to support system integrations.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of Stibo STEP capabilities (including features not currently utilized at Siemens) to propose and implement innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and present technical solutions in a clear and effective manner.
  • Work efficiently within a distributed development team, coordinating with geographically dispersed support teams.
  • Follow best practices for code quality, documentation, and maintainability.
