Job Description

We are currently looking for a Stock Keeper to join our team, working seasonally between two locations, Madrid and Ibiza. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing the correct shipping and receiving of products and supplies, ensuring timely processing and distribution of invoices




  • Organizing the stockroom and monitoring stock levels to effectively support the Sales Team’s activities




  • Ensuring optimal product availability to maximize sales performance while maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient stock environment




  • Performing administrative and back-office duties when required


  • Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail




  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are considered a plus




  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
