Storage Administrator

1. Education

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

2. Experience

• 2+ Years of relevant experience with HP Storage solutions (Allerta, Storageonce, and Scality) and SAN Switches.

• Location : Delhi / Bhubaneswar

3. Skills Required

1. Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE/Scality/Brocade and S3/NAS products.
2. Knowledge on Replication technology/DR.
3. Good Understanding Operating systems and Networking.
4. Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks, Brocade zoning and Storage Masking.
5. Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.
6. Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.
7. Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware.
8. Experience in NAS/S3 Solutions.
9. Experience on Virtualization.
10. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
11. ITIL Awareness.

4. Preferred Skills

1. Any SAN/NAS storage certification.
2. Experience in Unix/Linux.
3. Exposure on Virtualization.
4. Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS.

5. Soft Skills

1. Must have good troubleshooting skills.
2. Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.
3. Must be a Team Player.
4. Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
