Educational Qualifications: 1. B. E./B. Tech/MCA in Computer Science (60% throughout in academics)
Location: Guwahati
Responsibilities:
1. Aptitude towards problem solving and troubleshooting skills on Storage, SAN/NAS connectivity, including log analysis.
2. Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on atleast one of the following SAN, NAS or Object.
3. Knowledge on Replication technlogy/DR
4. Good to have basic Operating systems and Networking knowledge
6. Storage related experience in Unix/Linux and windows.
8. Storage related experience on Virtualization
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Skills in working with cross technology platforms.
12. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Software and hardware knowledge of computing and storage
17. Closely monitor the STorage/Backup dashboard to track the real time failures
