Location: Bangalore & Pune
Shift model: Late Afternoon shift. Example 3 PM – 1 AM IST
**Job Summary**
The Infra. Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our storage infrastructure ensuring seamless integration and performance. With a focus on Hitachi flash storage and SAN switch administration the role requires a deep understanding of storage solutions and network configurations. The specialist will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts contributing to the companys technological advancement.
**Responsibilities**
• Seeking an experienced M Level with 10+ years of experience in NetApp, Hitachi, Brocade SAN Switches & NetBackup
• Managing BAU Team, Daily Operations and Technical issues.
• Good Client interfacing skills.
• Handling High priority incidents along with RCA preparation and presenting it to the customer
• Capacity and Vulnerability management.
• Maintaining NetApp, Hitachi & Brocade SAN Switches Administrative Activities. This includes configuring, Upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting Storage systems.
• Ensuring high availability and performance & Management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix daily Storage issues and provide technical support to resolve the issues.
• Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest Storage technologies and recommend improvements to optimize Storage infrastructure.
• Additional experience on NetBackup technology to troubleshoot and fix backup related issues
• Certification(s) in NetApp, Hitachi will be an added advantage.
• Mentor the team as & when required
• Good knowledge and exp. in ITIL processes
• Follow Hybrid working model
