Job Description
• Provide support for Fiber Channel and iSCSI-based systems.
• Provide support for a dynamic DevOps Infrastructure that includes a broad mix of technologies and methodologies.
• Provide support for Brocade DCX-class switches.
• Provide support for enterprise CommVault backups and recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex scenarios and use problem-solving skills to define and implement appropriate best practices
• Work with all IT departments on problem analysis and resolution.
• Participate in full ITIL-based methodology for Change Control, Problem Management, Service Management, and Capacity Management.
• Plan and execute long-term projects as well as daily administrative work.
• Gather and present data to be used in predictive analytics for Capacity Management.
• In-depth Knowledge of IBM (SVC-fronted storage and direct-connect), PureStorage systems, including physical and virtualized provisioning of storage.
