Storage Support Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Storage Support Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-level infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Skills Required:

• Troubleshooting experience with SAN, NAS, Object Storage

• Experience in the following storage boxes Netapp/IBM/EMC/HPE/Hitachi and Cisco or Brocade switches. Candidate with VAST and Pure storage experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of Replication / DR , virtualization, and log analysis

• Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows , and basic networking

• Exposure to Cloud backups (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Role Highlights:

• Monitor storage & backup dashboards and resolve real-time issues

• Perform installations, upgrades, configurations, and housekeeping

• Work across cross-technology platforms following ITSM processes

• Hands-on exposure to tape libraries, VTL, disk-based & cloud backups

Location: Delhi & Guwahati
