Store Activation & Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the Area Managers and/or Regional Sales Managers, ensuring they are informed for the precise actions that will be performed in the areas and stores

• Facilitating EPT/New & Refit Stores by preparing the following:

  • Processing the Work Permits through the Head Office at least Seven (7) Days in advance

  • Endorsing the modules and stocks to the Dispatching Team at least One to Two (1-2) Days in advance

  • Verifying the required items (Stocks, Strips, Acrylics, Glorifiers, Visuals, Graphics, and/or Collaterals) are coordinated with the Dispatching Team

  • Coordinating with the Project Coordinator at least Three (3) Days in advance

  • Sending IAFs to the Area Managers to serve as their Point of Reference

  • Having the approved IAF enclosed for all Modules and Acrylic Trays (For Hero Display Activities)
