This is a full-time remote role for a Store Assistant. The Store Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including maintaining an organized inventory, managing customer orders, assisting with retail sales, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth store operations. Additional responsibilities may include training new team members and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client interactions and responses.
  • Experience or proficiency in Retail Sales to effectively support customer purchases and related activities.
  • Strong Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and handle multitasking in a retail environment.
