Store Design Manager- Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Design Manager to lead the conceptualization and execution of store designs for our brand. The role involves delivering innovative, brand-aligned interiors that enhance customer experience, optimize space utilization, and ensure cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design store layouts, concepts, and interior elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prepare store layouts, detailed drawing, MEP, 2D drawings, 3D visuals, mood boards for presentation and approvals.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues during execution.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture considering functionality, aesthetics, and cost.
• Ensure store designs comply with safety, accessibility, and local regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, retail innovations, and materials.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation.
• Maintain design documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail/interior design (experience in Jewellery brand stores preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of MEP drawings and integration in store design.
• Strong visualization, conceptualization, and detailing skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand alignment.
