Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms. Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands. Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal. Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts. With pleasing personality.

Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelors degree holder
  • Experience in similar field is highly preferable
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities
