Summary

Lead the Oakridge store to drive business performance through sales leadership, operational excellence, training, and inventory management while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed personal and category sales objectives.
  • Lead by example on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
  • Manage clienteling efforts to acquire and retain clients using client books and CRM tools.
  • Support sales processes and directly handle customer issues or complaints as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and carry out operational procedures from the Retail Handbook.
  • Perform daily reporting and sales analysis as directed.
