Store Executive (Inventory & Dispatch)

Smidnya Technologies is looking for a Store Executive to manage store operations including material inward/outward, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and dispatch activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined with documentation, and comfortable coordinating with Purchase/Production/Service teams to ensure accurate and timely material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Inward & GRN (Receiving)
  
  

Receive material against PO/Delivery Challan and verify quantity, part number, and condition

Create/update GRN, inward entries, and labeling/tagging

Coordinate with QC/Production for inspection/acceptance where required

Track shortages, damages, and replacement follow-ups with vendors

• Inventory Control & Store Management
  
  

Maintain accurate stock in system (Zoho Inventory/ERP/Excel)
