Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Store Executive for our manufacturing sector in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a work experience between 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless vendor interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in stock reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory tracking (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel for inventory data management and reporting (Mandatory skill).
• Effective vendor management skills to maintain positive supplier relationships (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with SAP for efficient materials management and system updates.
• Proven experience in material handling to optimize storage and distribution processes.
• Strong inventory management skills for maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain streamlined store operations and processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and facilitate stock reconciliation to ensure accurate recording and availability.
• Use MS Excel to compile, forecast, and report inventory levels and consumption patterns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to secure required materials efficiently.
• Utilize SAP software for effective tracking and management of inventory data.
• Implement material handling processes to enhance storage capacity and ensure safe transport of materials.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage supply chain activities and minimize disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of stock movements and transactions for audit purposes.
