Job Title: Store Executive


 Location: ( Mumbai ) 


Job Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations,
ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting sales activities,
and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise and manage store operations, including receiving, stocking, and issuing goods.
 Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock data in the system.
 Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish items as needed.
 Ensure proper organization and labeling of items in the store/warehouse.
 Handle order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery coordination.
 Conduct periodic stock audits, physical verification, and reconcile discrepancies.
 Implement store policies and standard operating procedures.
 Support the sales team by ensuring product availability and prompt stock replenishment.
 Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store area.
 Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or
a related field.
 2–4 years of experience in store management or inventory control.
 Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP, SAP, etc.).
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
 Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse procedures.
 Basic financial skills related to inventory valuation.
 Experience in stock forecasting and demand planning.
