Education : Any Graduate

Experience : Min 5 Yrs

Location : Panvel _Navi Mumbai

Duty and Working days: 6 days with Rotational shift

Preferred candidate: Fluency in English & Locally from Mumbai


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking , update inventory using the SAP MM (Materials Management) module
  • Train and supervise store staff
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • SAP (T codes) Operations
  • Billing
