You will be performing the role of Store Inventory and procurement requisition at the site and will be responsible for the the financial services scope and responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client. Your key deliverables will be to:
- Store Inventory and procurement requisition submission.
- Maintain daily inventory register and issued items record in software and hardcopies.
- Reediness for Audit preparation.
- Online Procurement requisition submission.
- Follow-ups for vendor for timely delivery of Items as per PO.
- Maintain all records in online portal and softcopy as well
