Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels ensure timely restocking conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies Material Handling Oversee the receipt inspection storage preservation and issuance dispatch of all incoming and outgoing PEB materials and products Documentation and Record Keeping Maintain accurate stock records including Goods Receipt Notes GRN issue slips and other relevant documentation Logistics Coordination Coordinate with the purchase production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow including vehicle scheduling loading and packing for dispatch System Management Utilize ERP SAP systems for all inventory and transaction records Stores Maintenance Ensure the store and warehouse areas are maintained in a clean organized and safe manner adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies Reporting Prepare and analyze various reports related to stock sales if applicable in a reta...
