Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise store activities and ensure proper material receipt and dispatch
- Maintain stock levels and update inventory using ERP systems
- Implement FIFO/LIFO for material movement and record accuracy
- Generate GRNs and coordinate with procurement for material planning
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure zero discrepancies in stock audit and physical inventory
- Timely material issuance to production with accurate documentation
- Maintain 100% ERP records for stock inward/outward transactions
- Daily stock reconciliation and reporting to management
