Sales Management

• ensures sales targets are met at all times
• submits weekly and monthly sales performance and analysis reports
• develops and implements action plans for the achievement of sales targets
• assigns individual targets to each staff and monitors sales performance
• ensures all staff is aware of on-going promotions and other marketing related activities to be able to maximize sales

Operational Management

• ensures that the store maintains and implements all operational standards and procedures at all times
• ensures security of the shop at all times by following correct opening and closing procedures and proper handling of shop keys
