Sales Management
ensures sales targets are met at all times
submits weekly and monthly sales performance and analysis reports
develops and implements action plans for the achievement of sales targets
assigns individual targets to each staff and monitors sales performance
ensures all staff is aware of on-going promotions and other marketing related activities to be able to maximize sales
Operational Management
ensures that the store maintains and implements all operational standards and procedures at all times
ensures security of the shop at all times by following correct opening and closing procedures and proper handling of shop keys
ensures that measures against internal and external theft are implemented at all times
