The Store Lead is a store manager role. Their job at its core is to ensure that the store delivers an exceptional customer experience. The Store Leads primary responsibility is thus ensuring that the Domino’s Product, Service and Image standards are upheld and exceeded at all times.


Their responsibilities will consist of:

  • Lead, Manage & Hold the Team Accountable
  • Ensure Team Wide Excellence in Product, Service & Image
  • Manage In-Week Shift Changes & Cancellations
  • Maintaining Adequate Levels of Inventory, Cleaning and Office Supplies.
  • Confirming Accurate Completion of Daily Paperwork
  • Promptly Handling Customer Concerns Within 48 Hours
  • Adhering to the Policies and Standards of Domino’s Pizza Canada
