Responsibilities

  • Reliable to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's store equipment, outlets, or facilities.
  • Administer departmental personnel to have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget as well
  • Understanding of plumbing, kinds of equipment, technical skills, and electrical systems as well as carpentry or other crafts
  • Well-versed in all maintenance processes and health & safety regulations
  • Aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, cost control, preventive maintenance, schedule plotting, etc.
  • Ensure the company store equipment and facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations
  • Tracking expenses and progress so the company knows when something needs fixing based on periodic evaluations and inspections
