About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to take the reins of our Adelaide operations. This role blends operational oversight with team leadership, sales growth, and customer relationship management. You'll be the face of CTS in the region, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
Operational Leadership
- Manage day-to-day operations across the Adelaide site
- Drive process improvements in inventory, billing, timesheets, and maintenance
