We are partnering with a locally owned retail business in Anchorage seeking a self sufficient Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a small team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning the business from the ground up, and is comfortable running a store without constant oversight. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage and supervise a team of 4 to 7 employees Create and manage employee schedules Train and onboard new team members Oversee daily store operations and customer experience Maintain organization, workflow, and accountability on the floor Learn product and service offerings and support customers as needed REQUIREMENTS: Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work independently and make day to day decisions Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license required Mechanical aptitude or...
