What You’ll Do

  • Create a store experience that customers rave about
  • Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver strong financial results
  • Oversee daily operations—stock, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales
  • Coach and inspire your team to achieve greatness
  • Champion compliance, safety, and company standards
  • Be the ultimate brand ambassador and customer advocate

About You

  • 3–5 years in retail management (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands a plus!)
  • Proven success in a KPI-driven environment
  • A natural leader who loves coaching and motivating teams
  • Polished communication and professional presentation
  • Tech-savvy and ready to embrace omni-channel retail
