Your Role:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and develop innovative strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in training and motivating staff, ensuring that the entire team reflects the ProCook commitment to quality and service.
This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days of a 7-day rota, from Monday to Sunday, at our Bath Store.
