You’ll be leading a small, skilled team in a store with 2 testing rooms, 3 Optical Assistants, and 2 Optometrists, running 7 clinics per week. This is an ideal role for someone ready for their first store management position in optical retail or an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.

As Store Manager , you’ll inspire and engage your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive performance, and uphold the Vision Express brand. You’ll also be hands‑on on the shop floor, supporting your team and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and cared for.
