Job Description
- Establish and monitor the store’s objectives, budgets, priorities, and action plans based on organizational needs and customer requirements.
- Provide mobilizing leadership to all team members.
- Apply high customer service standards and act as a role model and coach for employees.
- Implement growth strategies to improve profitability and maximize satisfaction results.
- Oversee all human resources management tasks (recruitment, onboarding, integration, training, performance appraisal management, etc.).
- Ensure that team members possess the appropriate knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to meet the store’s sales objectives.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company directives, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Sell Doors and Windows products.
- Prepare quotations based on plan readings.
- Follow up on sales and installations of doors and windows.
