What you’ll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a thriving store with multiple categories! Establish strategic goals, maintain brand standards, and exceed budgeted targets for sales, margins, and inventory. Inspire and develop a high-performing team, while providing exceptional customer service.
Financial Management: Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory across all departments. and ensure store goals are met.
