Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to lead operations at our Amazon Dark Store. The Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end store management, including operations, inventory, staffing, people management and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Management

- Oversee day-to-day dark store operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Ensure adherence to Amazon SOPs for inventory management, storage, and dispatch.

- Monitor order turnaround time and reduce delays.

- Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks.
