Schedule: 6-day work week (1 weekly off as per roster)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to lead operations at our Amazon Dark Store. The Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end store management, including operations, inventory, staffing, people management and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Management
• Oversee day-to-day dark store operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to Amazon SOPs for inventory management, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor order turnaround time and reduce delays.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate stock levels with regular cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement/supply chain team for replenishment.
