Core Responsibilities

  • HQ Alignment (New Priority)
    • High-Speed Communication: Act as the primary contact for the Main Office. You must respond quickly to all HQ inquiries and directives.
    • SOP Compliance: Strictly implement and maintain all Main Office Standards (SOPs) to ensure the brand vision is executed perfectly.
    • Administrative Precision: Meet all deadlines for Purchase Orders (e.g., 4:00 PM cut-off), POS updates, and financial reporting.
  • Operational & Financial Leadership
    • Financial Control: Take full charge of store cash, daily expenses, and the Daily Express Fund. Ensure labor and food costs are controlled effectively.
    • Marketing Execution: Drive sales by actively executing HQ marketing promotions and pushing for higher customer conversion.
