Job Description

Manages the Store P&L and driving sales through efficient store operations, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel and adherence to company norms.

  • Execute annual and monthly store sales plans in line with AOP, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Drive top-line sales and bottom-line margins through effective shrink control, accurate inventory management, optimized stock replenishment, and prudent cost management initiatives.
  • Implement and ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously review sales trends to recommend relevant product assortment, ensuring the merchandise mix reflects customer preferences, market demand, and business priorities.
